What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
At Comfort Candle Company, we use a premium, proprietary soy-wax blend designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum scent throw.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar during the first lighting. This usually takes 2-3 hours.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer returns if I don't like the scent?
We want you to love your home fragrance. If you are unsatisfied, we accept returns on unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, our fragrances are phthalate-free and paraben-free. However, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and keeping them out of reach of pets and children.
Can I reuse the candle jars once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, stop use, clean the jar with warm soapy water, and repurpose it for storage, plants, or decor.
